    Housemade dressing and croutons, with freshly grated parmesan cheese. 
    Grilled Tuna Salad (GF, LF, PF, P, V)
    A very hearty salad with greens, roasted new potatoes, bell peppers, and roasted eggplant.  Finished with a Moroccan Charmoula vinaigrette. 
    Summer Meets Winter Salad (GF, LF, PF, P, R, V)
    Orange and jicama tossed in mixed greens, and topped with our signature lemon vinaigrette. 
    Moroccan Chickpea Salad (GF, LF, PF, P, R, V)
    Tomatoes, peppers, scallions and currants, finished with a Charmoula dressing.  
    Tuscan Bean Salad

    Made with artichoke hearts, Italian green beans, red bell pepper, red onion, and topped with a light garlic dressing. 
    Mixed Green Salad (GF, LF, PF, P, R, V)
    With oranges, fennel, olives and topped with our signature lemon vinaigrette. 
    Baby Spinach Salad (GF, P, & Opt. LF)
    With feta cheese, pine nuts, golden raisins, and tossed in our lemon vinaigrette. 
    Georgian Bean Salad (GF, LF, PF, P, R, V)
    Green beans, chickpeas, red bell pepper, red onions and walnuts in a lemon/coriander dressing. 
    Black Bean Salad (GF, PF)
    With corn, bell peppers, red onion and feta in a cumin/chili dressing. 
    Israeli Couscous Salad (LF, PF)
    With roasted squash, edamame, bell pepper and onion, with a roasted garlic dressing. 
    Spicy Chinese Noodle Salad (LF)
    Made with peas, grated carrot and scallions in a sesame dressing (roasted tofu optional).
